This is the President saying that he will let the states decide in so many words. I thought that’s what the rethugs are always screaming, that states should be the ones to determine things like this. I’d like to congratulate the oh-so-hilarious Mr Drudge on his apparent immunity to cancer. Only someone who is positive that he will never need medical marijuana should mock the idea.
