Super Duper Evildoers

I still don’t understand the wingnut reasoning on this KSM New York thing.

They seem to be suggesting that because KSM will be in prison there, terrorists will somehow be showing up all around the facility — I don’t know, with teabagger style protest rallies? If so — round up the evildoers! They’re right there. Or do they think KSM possesses telekinesis through which he can attack surrounding buildings via the power of his evildoer superpowers?

Specifically, I don’t understand how a terrorist in a prison means a terrorist attack against a school in the same region. Oh wait. I do understand. It’s the wingnuts and their cowardly paranoia again. Got it.

I don’t understand the arguments either. But besides all that they trials should be in NY because the Constitution says so!! They want to disregard the Constitution, the rule of law? Why do they hate America so much?Article 3, Section 2:The Trial of all Crimes, except in Cases of Impeachment, shall be by Jury; and such Trial shall be held in the State where the said Crimes shall have been committed; but when not committed within any State, the Trial shall be at such Place or Places as the Congress may by Law have directed.

I don’t get how this is such a partisan issue. Bin Landen is on the FBI most wanted list, doesn’t that mean that if he is captured that his trial would be in federal court. The neo-cons just love the idea of the “War on Terror” when in fact we probably should have never have been at war because of 9/11 and should have just persued Al-Qaeda with intelligence and special forces and treated them all as criminals.

Didn’t you hear? The reason he grew that super-nifty long beard was because that’s how the terrorists communicate. They have perfected a super-secret system which allows the hair to vibrate and send messages. Really, we shouldn’t allow anyone with beard hair longer than 1/4 inch in NYC if KSM is going to be there.

Damn Kat, that would mean I could never go to NYC. I lose interest in the city everyday though.

We must protect the Constitution by ignoring it.
