    Heard Tom Daschle on the radio. He emphasized that he was disappointed about various aspects of the the bill, but also said he was one of the people who went for the perfect in 1994 and got us nothing.He also said he hated to use the now way tired saying about letting the perfect destroy the good. Ha!

    The same can be said of President Obama’s election. November 4th was the beginning of hope and change, not the end of hope and change. The real work is keeping the pressure on now that Democrats are in “control”, instead of throwing in the towel 11 months in and spewing “worse than Bush” rhetoric.
