Stop-motion animation like this makes my brain hurt thinking about how difficult it must have been. Nevertheless, it’s stunning.

    Wow.Years ago, I helped a friend do a stop-motion short (my help consisted of pushing the cable release connected to a Super-8 camera—high-tech, huh?—and arguing over framing). In one session, we managed maybe sixty frames and quit because we were both getting punchy. And that was with simple, cutout figures.I am in awe.
