Some things about Costa Rica, according to Wikipedia.

Costa Rica, which translates literally as “Rich Coast”, constitutionally abolished its army permanently in 1949.

In 2007 the Costa Rican government announced plans for Costa Rica to become the first carbon neutral country by 2021. According to the New Economics Foundation, Costa Rica ranks first in the Happy Planet Index and is the “greenest” country in the world.

And no sex-tourism industry for Limbaugh. Too bad.

    Umm, prostitution is legal here (testing of all prostitutes is included in the universal health care, by the way) and, from what I’ve heard, is a thriving and well-regulated business. I mean, it’s not Thailand or even the Dominican Republic, but there’s certainly sex-tourism going on here.
