What Drudge, High Pitch Mark Levin and, of course, Limbaugh don't get is that the investigators are metaphorical SWAT teams, as in "a swat team of inspectors." Not actual SWAT teams. A "swat team of inspectors" is a metaphor for a fast-acting team of inspectors. Another example of a "metaphor" is when Limbaugh says "ball game" in the above clip. It's understood that there's not an actual baseball game happening in the Gulf of Mexico. Doy.
For the record, the Interior Department's Minerals Management Service does NOT have its own "SWAT team." Sheesh.
