Today’s Bob & Elvis Show is Posted

Go listen to today’s very special “We’re Not Live!” episode of the Bob & Elvis Show.

We talk about leaky ceilings and dangerous roof escapades, the Arizona immigration fracas and a big dose of making fun of Sarah Palin’s nitwittery on the Hannity show.

Adding… Here’s your Sarah Palin talking points score card.

1) “Lamestream media”
2) Byron York was right.
3) Jan Brewer did what she had to do.

She mentions these three items every time she speaks in this Hannity clip:

    Hi Bob.

Bob, just listening to this week’s radio show…The only proper way to fix your faux stone wall leak problem is…1. take off the faux wall stone2. See how bad the damage is behind it on the external wood….it’s probably rotted3. While you’re having to remove the external wood (which you most likely will have to do), you’ll get a good look at the damage to the inside dry wall, again odds are it is also damaged or mold is growing within the wall (NOTE: This kind of mold can be serious health risk)4. if mold is not too bad and water damage is not too bad on inner wall, scrape off and wipe up the mold using mold cleaning fluid, can get it at at hardware store)5. Seal area with primer (Kilz) or with a clear water sealer for wood and/or drywall6. Replace external wood (you’ll need properly graded plywood and if nothing else will be applied to outer wall, you’ll need a high grade of plywood to apply primer and paint to)7. Install siding, stucco, whatever that matches with the rest of your house. If you want to go back to the faux stone wall, that is easy too. I can give you instructions on how to do that.

Bob, your imitation of the “Man v. Food” host had me in tears literally! Brilliant

Thanks, Irish Girl! I think that’s all beyond my skills to fix. I have an estimate from a contractor, but it, too, is way beyond what I can handle. I’m trying to get the builder to cover the repair.
