The Axis of Evil crap was a terrible idea when George W. Bush was doing it. Newt evidently thinks it’s a great idea to continue milking it — and calling for more attacks.
Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich twice called on the United States to attack North Korea and Iran Thursday because the United States has only attacked “one out of three” of so-called “Axis of Evil” members by invading Iraq. He also claimed that Muslims are trying to install Sharia law on America and said that the “War on Terror” should have been a war on “radical Islamists” instead.
I wonder if Gingrich will propose a way to finance two more wars, considering how the current two wars account for a huge chunk of the budget deficit over the next 10 years.
By the way, Gingrich is considered by the media to be one of the smart, reasonable Republicans.
