Today! We talk about the craziest of the Republican campaign ads including Sharron Angle and Rick Barber. Also, Larry King is retiring, so we replay some of Larry’s weirdest moments, including the time I interrupted Larry’s lunch at Duke Ziebert’s. We learn about Elvis’ hacking skills at a popular bookseller in the DC area. And, of course, Republicans are sabotaging the economic recovery.

    Funny Quote of the day, “Look a tax, shoot it!”Here’s my answer to the Pam Gorman ad…..A white guy tongue kissing a black guy in the background, people smoking pot, someone holding a sign about Evolution (you know the apes to man graphic), etc and then the candidate, wearing a tie dye shirt, smiling at the camera saying, “I’m a hippy and love everything that pisses the establishment off. I approve this message”.Hey, Larry King’s birthday is one day later than my Dad’s and same friggin year and they’ve both been married 5 or more times (actually Larry has the record with 8, Dad is stuck at 5). Wow, what a co-inky-dink!The death rattle of conservatism here in AZ is so friggin loud you can’t hear anything else…..

    Another four bagger.The show should be longer. I always hate when it comes to the end…it always feels like there’s so much more to cover; so many juicy targets left unstabbed.

    Bob, I agree with Cousinavi, why don’t you take “breaks” or do it all of a piece and then break it up? Easily done, yes?

    More improvements? You mean there’s room for improvement AFTER the desk bell? *BING*Farm of Doom death cat sfx?The only thing I can imagine is live, in show drinking and hearing Elvis beat the top off the Stoli bottle with strange industrial devices. And maybe, ala Hunter S. and that Arizona tea-nut candidate, the addition of live ammunition.

    It’s more of a problem, specifically, to host all of these big files. Though maybe we’ll add more days in the week. A Tuesday show perhaps.Also, cousinavi should become a gag writer for the show.
