    Chase is very good at these interviews, maybe better than anyone, but this was a notch below his usual work, IMO. Usually he puts them in their place with hard facts but he didn’t have many at his disposal this time. I’m sure he or his cameraman had access to the internet through their phones, they could’ve pulled up the video of Glenn Beck on Fox accusing Obama of being a racist and filmed the reactions to it, for example, or at least spliced it into this video for effect after the fact.I also believe, in the interest of fairness, that he should post unedited video showing him go from person to person(maybe he does this already). For all we know, he came across some reasonable people who didn’t make the final cut.This was more enraging than anything, and showed that this was not the moderate harmless gathering of good “Christians” that we were led to believe.

    Wow Chase is a saint. Actually there was one bit I agreed with regarding illegal immigrants. “Just enforce the laws that are already on the books.” I agree. However that would mean putting employers who hire illegal immigrants into jail, sooo I guess enforcing that law on the books will never happen…

    I couldn’t sit through the entire video. How can anyone endure that much stupid?It’s like these people have filled their heads with catch phrases and bumper sticker slogans to the point where there’s no room for anything else.

    Wow….that’s friggin scary. It’s like watching “Bob Roberts” only it’s real.Was that a man or a woman laying down on the chair with the two huge gallon size Gatorade bottles??Around 5:05 woman in green “I can’t believe this country would elect….pause….pause a man….who was against progress” It sounded like she was about to say: “I can’t believe this country would elect a Black man”.

    This really encapsulates the whole situation. These kind of people like to think they really know their American history, and that our history justifies their frustration and anger. But in reality, it’s such a sad, pathetic grasp of history on display. Every time they get started talking about America’s founding fathers and the Constitution, they immediately betray the utter lack of understanding. They dont really have anything to say at all. When everything else is stripped away, all that really stands behind the fears, and this yearning to take their country back, is xenophobia and white entitlement.
