Classic Jan Brewer Meltdown

Ahh… err . . . uhhm… here are two sh!tty things I’ve done . . . errm, please vote for me.

I hope you will done for my doing so that did do can be more done.The truly frightening thing is that, in the wake of Sarah Palin making illiteracy, ignorance and a stubborn refusal to respond to any question she doesn’t care to answer the mark of being a “Real American” who refuses to be pushed around by the lamestream media, THIS sort of blithering incompetence will be seen by Arizonans as a mark of profound thought.It’s beginning to reach the point where I’m almost pulling for them just to watch the train wreck.

Bob….did you see Rachel Maddow’s piece on Brewer last night? Brewer has cancelled advertising on KPHO, a CBS affiliate, because they have been investigating her ties to CCA, the company that is most likely to benefit from SB1070. Brewer’s publicity company also represents CCA–is called Highground Public Affairs Consultants. The company admitted that Brewer was behind the decision to cancel the ads. The local KPHO reporter says that Brewer’s campaign manager and former CCA Lobbyist refuses to respond to the question of whether he ever advised her on SB1070. Instead the rep keeps saying no illegal immigrants picked up from SB1070 will end up in the CCA ICE prisons. Nevermind the thousands (perhaps tens of thousands) of illegal immigrants picked up by Sheriff Arpaio on a routine basis that end up in the CCA ICE prisons. Where the hell else do they think the SB1070 immigrants will go? Certainly not into Tent City! Why won’t the governor or her two CCA Lobbyist/Campaign Managers answer the question? And why aren’t the other AZ stations reporting on this?@cousinavi I would take that view if I didn’t live in AZ and wouldn’t have to put up with the consequences of such asshats.

I saw that piece Irishgirl. She had the same reporter on her show a few weeks ago to talk about the same subject. Brewer’s closest advisers are former employees of the prison-industrial-complex.Even before the appearance on her show, I had suspicions that 1070 was just an elaborate scheme to lock up more immigrants in private prisons and put them to work. I call them 21st century plantations.

It’s almost painful to watch – if it wasn’t so damn awesome to watch her make a total ass of herself.

Exactly Irish Girl! I too think that those people are so full of hatred of brown people that they’ll still vote for this embarrassment! They should have asked her about that report that came out yesterday which showed that illegal immigration is way down. This would have forced this bitch to explain the real reasons for SB1070. I’m still glad though that local reporters skewered her. Those that will still vote for her have to admit in the quiet of their homes that she came off looking like an idiot and a buffoon. At least they have that in common with her.

She reminds me a little bit of Aunt Clara, Samantha’s addle-brained, door knob collecting relative. Except that Aunt Clara was lovable!

IrishGirl – Im sorry. I used to think living in Kentucky was bad. Arizona now takes the cake. We have a decent governor here, and I think McCain is worse than McConnell.

Please, I think the Govenor in my state, Fatty Arbuckle, here in New Jersey is the worst. I like how he’s gone into hiding since he was exposed as a liar for blaming Obama for New Jersey losing that 400 million dollars in the Race To The Top contest. Chris Christie is a tough talking, Tony Soprano clone who’s political skills are sorely lacking. And it’s just fitting that Joe Scarborough and the GOP were touting humpty dumpty as a presidential candidate.

And the wingnut commenters are saying “well at least she didn’t need a teleprompter.”No, she needs to find two brain cells to rub together, then look for the nearest teleprompter or at least learn how to write on her hand.But looking at that clip it’s obvious none of the above was going to help her. She was totally lost.
