Note the blue bars. Government jobs are being eliminated while private sector jobs are slowly recovering. It goes without saying, I'm not a fan of the loss of these government jobs. These are real people with real mortgages -- not the bureaucratic automatons the Republicans (and some Democrats) claim they are.
That aside, the Republicans are lying about the president growing the size of government.
