I'm half expecting someone on the right to call for Ryan's resignation because the bill does not include a religious test. That would be unconstitutional but that clearly doesn't matter to them.
Meanwhile, fake libertarian Rand Paul wants to gum up the highway funding bill with an anti-refugee amendment.
