Yes, Republican presidential candidate and sometimes-senator Marco Rubio finished in 3rd and 5th place in Iowa and New Hampshire respectively, and that is a problem, but he has an even bigger problem now.
Rand Paul's former campaign manager is joining Team Rubio.
Chip Englander will serve as senior political adviser responsible for the Midwest on Rubio's campaign. [...]
Englander, who is based in Chicago and previously ran Illinois Gov. Bruce Rauner's (R) 2014 campaign, managed Paul's White House bid until he dropped out last week after the Iowa caucuses.
That would presumably be the same campaign manager who thought it would be a great idea to hold a "dumbass live stream" of Rand's dumbass campaign.
If you're looking for a career where you can reliably fail upward, you should probably look into becoming a political pundit or consultant of some description. There's no penalty for being wrong.
