Congressman Peter King, arguably one of the craziest of the crazy, was on Hardball today and Matthews asked him what he'd do if the recovery bill works and the economy improves.
Revealingly, King said (paraphrasing) that the question will be: Was the economy going to recover anyway?
And there you go.
A glimpse into the Republican mindset: the recovery bill is an epic fail irrespective of what happens with the economy. So tell me again why we needed to listen to them on this thing?
