I've been thinking about this recently. Does that enormous cast on her arm look like the appropriate treatment for a so-called "hand-shaking injury"?
Put it another way -- if she suffers another injury and she explains it with the excuse, "I fell in the shower," I think that's when we start to ask some serious questions about Senator McCain's explosive temper.
