Appropriate to what Elvis and I were talking about on the podcast today, Glenn Beck thinks freedom of religion is going to be rescinded somehow.
Again, Beck's tea party followers are protesting at mosques and protesting against Six Flags having a Muslim day, so yeah, I guess Beck is correct. He's just targeting the wrong suspect.
Meanwhile, if religions, especially evangelical Christians, want to thrust the Bible into secular law, they should be prepared to have secular law thrust itself into churches. Once you break down the separation clause, the door swings both ways.
