Nah, I don’t think he’s a progressive. More likely a nihilistic schmuck with a bit of Greenwald mixed in.

Hmmm….well, hate to break it to you, but….maybe you should vote for Godot? After all, it seems that you’re waiting for him…

Just sayin’…

If you’re waiting for Bloomberg then you’re better off waiting for Godot. Write your own name in since your perfect in every way.

Bloomberg the billionaire? This is progressive logic at its finest. Or is this even a progressive?

“Freeing” Libyans from uncle muammar? Treasonous! (despite the lack of cost)

Well, for whom else can I vote? Everybody in the field right now is objectionable to me, and that includes Obama!

All of which may well turn out to be true, but since crystal balls are in short supply, we’re all just going to have to wait and see how things play out.

If the Arab Spring (or Jasmine Revolution or whatever name sticks) leads to permanent democratic change (however defined) in the region, it will (probably) be a good thing for the world. And if, after all is said and done, the US has the beginnings of a new reputation for not reflexively supporting dictators, it will certainly be a good thing.

I’m eagerly awaiting the day Bloomberg throws his hat into the ring.
