Yesterday, Joe Scarborough got all kerfuffled by preemptively blaming various people for the next terrorist attack. First he blamed Washington Post reporter Dana Priest, who broke the story about waterboarding and torture in 2002, then, in an apology for his Dana Priest remark, he blamed a crapload of others.
Remember when we were suggesting that George W. Bush could've prevented 9/11 had he listened to Richard Clarke and others? Remember when we suggested that American foreign policy blowback contributed to 9/11? Remember when television and radio wingnuts like Joe Scarborough accused us of "blaming America first?"
I don't see anything in Scarborough's comments yesterday indicating that he's preemptively blaming anyone for the next attack other than Americans. Weird how that works.
