Meanwhile, Congress has voted to place limits on the amount of money afforded to ex-presidents which apparently only became a problem now that the first black president is poised to leave office. I wonder why.
Finally, GOP nominee Donald Trump reportedly spent $120,000 of his "charity" foundation's money on a lavish trip to a French vineyard. Very little of the money actually came from Trump himself.
