Professor Krugman found an excellent little online tool for those of you who are buying insurance on your own.
If you intend to switch over to the Exchanges when they're operational, you can calculate the subsidy you'll receive from the government here.
Needless to say, insurance is still pathetically expensive -- but not as much as it would be without the subsidies. Also, be sure to look at the tables showing how the subsidies are distributed. If you're a fan of bottom-up progressive policies, you'll like what you see. This is perhaps the biggest piece of legislation that boosts the ranks of the middle class since the GI Bill.
Adding... I'm with Jamie at Intoxination on his campaign to adjust the FPL. If we can redefine "poverty" and make the numbers more robust, we can cover more people and push the subsidies upward.
