As we're well aware, the Republicans are suddenly concerned about the deficit and the debt as though the previous decade never happened. Additionally, they fail to mention that the Democrats reduced the deficit by a record $122 billion from the last Bush budget to the first Obama budget. The record, by the way, is the largest year-over-year reduction of the deficit in American history. That's a lot.
