In other news, Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers has announced his intention to renegotiate the state's deal with Foxconn since they're never going to create the 13,000 jobs they promised.
Meanwhile, Hurricane Michael, which struck the Florida panhandle in October 2018, has been retroactively upgraded to a category 5 storm, making it the first category 5 storm to make landfall in the U.S. since Hurricane Andrew in 1992.
Finally, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has responded to North Korea's assertion that he's an angry baby.
“Nothing changed, we’re continuing to work. I’m still in charge of the team,” Pompeo told reporters, insisting that he and his special envoy for North Korea Stephen Biegun would remain on the job.
“President Trump is obviously in charge of the overall effort, but it will be my team and special representative Biegun who will continue to lead the U.S. efforts to achieve what Chairman Kim committed to do,” he said.
My gut says Pompeo will be out as secretary of state by the end of this year.
I'm completely out of takes. The tank is empty. Have a good weekend and I'll see you on Monday.
