Does Trump have any idea, at all, what's in the bills he personally celebrates passing?
I don't think so.
I suggest that we add more dollars to Healthcare and make it the best anywhere. ObamaCare is dead - the Republicans will do much better!

The U.S. Senate should switch to 51 votes, immediately, and get Healthcare and TAX CUTS approved, fast and easy. Dems would do it, no doubt!

We should spend "more" on healthcare, he says, but he can been seen in the above photo celebrating the passage of a bill that would cut $1.2 trillion in healthcare spending, including over $800 billion from Medicaid, over the next decade.
To ask if Trump has any idea what's in the bills he pushes almost feels like a misnomer because the better question might be is he even capable of understanding any of this? I'm skeptical that he would understand even if you sketched it out on a blackboard.
Meanwhile, Trump evidently didn't learn a single thing during his trip overseas.
We have a MASSIVE trade deficit with Germany, plus they pay FAR LESS than they should on NATO & military. Very bad for U.S. This will change
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) May 30, 2017
We don't have a trade deficit with Germany because we don't trade directly with Germany. We trade with the European Union.
Also, Trump still doesn't have a clue how NATO works. He still seemingly believes members of NATO pay us for protection, but it doesn't work that way. Every member of NATO has their own military and defense budget and each member is encouraged, but not required, to spend at least 2 percent of the GDP on defense.
Now, you could say Trump is merely an idiot, but I think that's bit too dismissive or even apologetic. There's something seriously wrong with Trump.
Russian officials must be laughing at the U.S. & how a lame excuse for why the Dems lost the election has taken over the Fake News.
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) May 30, 2017
That's the president of the United States saying the Russians are laughing at the United States.
I remember when the "party of Reagan" liked to say Reagan defeated the Russians. Now they provide cover for Trump.
