Given that the Affordable Care Act has already been upheld by the United States Supreme Court, I have no idea what these yahoos are hoping to accomplish.

MILWAUKEE (AP) — A conservative group has filed a federal lawsuit in Milwaukee seeking to have the health care law declared unconstitutional.
The Association of American Physicians and Surgeons said Wednesday that the government postponed the so-called employer mandate without necessary congressional approval. [...]
The lawsuit names an IRS official as a defendant.
The Department of Health and Human Services was well within its authority to delay the employer mandate. The administration has a significant amount of leeway on how and when to implement different parts of the law.
And, again, the law that has already been upheld by the Supreme Court. It’s constitutional.
