McCain's generic response is "I know how to do it."
It's meaningless. It's like Palin responding the "are you ready" question by saying, "yeah, and also willing and able."
The hilarious thing about McCain is that he doesn't realize that the more he brags about his knowledge and experience -- "I know this, I know that, I know this expert, I've been to this country, I knew Reagan personally, I know how to do EVERYTHING!!!" -- the more he directly undercuts his "I will change everything" bullshit rhetoric.
