Jan Brewer is just now learning that the only way Republicans can win is to shut their mouths until November 3 or else be exposed as the incompetent doofs they are. So she won't be participating in any more debates between now and the election following her epic meltdown this week.
"All you guys were doing and talking were beheadings, beheadings, beheadings," the governor said. "That is something that has stuck with you all for so long, and I just felt we needed to move on."
Yeah, I wonder why. More Republican victim-mongering. WAH! I lied about beheadings and you meanies want to prove me wrong! WAH!
But she did, however, admit to the "headless bodies in the desert" lie.
"That was an error, if I said that."
If you said that? Of course you said that! A lot.
I wonder if Sarah Palin will accuse Brewer of being "gutless" and "impotent" for chickening out of more debates instead of "reloading." Probably not. Jan Brewer is one of only 50 people in the entire nation who holds the distinction of being a governor. One of 50! But she's obviously way out of her depth. Most of the ascendant Republicans and teabaggers are as well. Palin, Angle, Rand Paul, Christine O'Donnell -- all of them.
And is this any surprise? Not to you and me because we have the brain capacity to remember what the country was like when Republicans controlled Washington. Brewer and the rest aren't any different from what we witnessed for too many years. Thoughtless, incompetent, kneejerk hooples shoving us into Iraq or bungling the response to Katrina or fumbling the economy into a great recession. Trust me, all of this marble-mouthing and avoiding of the press is a big warning sign to voters. But Americans suffer from short term memory loss and dementia and have decided not to pay attention to anyone except Glenn Beck and John Boehner.
