The statistic had to do with federal income taxes. Not all taxes. Just income taxes due to tax cuts and lower income during a recession year.
Glenn, you have to tell your audience that you're just making shit up -- that you're a huckster, a scam artist. Besides, I thought you and your gaggle of freaks were against taxes anyway. So while you're lying to people, you could at least try to be consistent about your little flim-flam.
