Buchanan blaming Pelosi's "incompetence." Of course that's disingenuous of Buchanan who should know that Roy Blunt had to have given Pelosi a favorable whip count of House Republicans before she scheduled the vote. Why isn't anyone flogging Blunt right now? His people failed.
