The Republican Outreach effort continues. In Michigan:
HB 4187 of 2013 would “effectively require a transvaginal probe” for any woman who wants to end a pregnancy, according to OBGYN Dr. Charlene Abernethy.
Why would a woman be forced to have her body penetrated against her will?
To “protect” her, of course.
So the government shouldn’t do anything to regulate firearms, but regulating the reproductive organs of American women is perfectly acceptable in spite of the constitutional mandates of privacy and due process (the clause in the 14th Amendment that applied in Roe v Wade).
