Chez praises Michael Moore's Sicko, which leads me to mention something I've been meaning write for a while now: Can we stop treating Michael Moore with the same third-rail taboo attitude we formerly reserved for the word "liberal"? The guy has done important work and, I believe, he's tonally the precursor to the style and attitude of the liberal blogosphere.
