Here's new video of the siphon tube that's supposed to be sucking up around 20 percent of the leaking oil.

I don't know. That might be 20 percent less oil. It's hard to tell. Because there's still a crapload of oil spewing out of that pipe. Here's a different leak, located at a kink in the riser.
