While laughing off camera, Scarborough said that FBI interrogator Ali Soufan, who legally and successfully interrogated Abu Zubaydah and testified in Congress yesterday that the CIA's use of waterboarding didn't work, was exaggerating his role and is "jealous" of the CIA.
SCARBOROUGH: (Laughing) I'm sorry.
MIKA: Now we need to hear all sides. That's what we're all about.
SCARBOROUGH: We do. Even FBI agents who exaggerate, uh, their role, uh, in the war on terror and are jealous of CIA agents.
