In other news, the man responsible mailing the first series of Ricin letters to President Obama and other politicians was indicted today.
James Everett Dutschke, 41, faces counts of developing, producing and possessing a biological agent as a weapon; threatening the president and two others by mail; and covering up his scheme to make it appear that someone else had sent the threatening letters, according to a May 31 federal jury indictment made public today.
This should not be confused with the latest case of Ricin letters being sent to the president and others. An unfortunate distinction.
