Not-coincidentally, that's probably the same percentage of votes that the next Republican presidential nominee will get.
Meanwhile, former oversight chairman and infamous chicken fucker Darrell Issa really did say our poor are the "envy of the world." Issa is the richest man in Congress with a personal wealth of about $450 million.
You can't give Issa credit for being original. The idea that our poor are doing well because they have phones and microwaves(!) is an old right wing meme.
