Congressman Shimkus walked out on the president's address last night.
Again, another perfect example of how childish and petty the Republicans are.
We only need to go back to President The Dude and these words from The Contender:
"You can walk out on me, you can walk out on this body, but you cannot walk out on the will of the American people."
