As long as cooler heads prevail, and after some near term hiccups, I think we're very likely headed for steady, stable economic growth and relative prosperity in this decade.
But if politicians and voters demand immediate gratification and hastily achieved results, we're only asking for more bubbles -- and not just in terms of the economy. Sustainable prosperity requires time, patience and pragmatism.
