When this photograph of President Ford and Leonid Brezhnev was taken, the Soviet Union had approximately 19,000 nuclear warheads aimed at the United States and our western allies. Hugo Chavez, on the other hand, has zero weapons of any kind aimed at the United States. But perhaps we should continue to antagonize him until he buys a few from China. Sound good? Gimme a "B"!
