I found the results of this new Washington Post poll to be quite remarkable in that it reveals a few things you wouldn't expect to see.
According to their numbers, more Republicans than Democrats believe the Obama Administration is going out of its way to help the Have-Nots, but a plurality of all of those surveyed believe the administration is treating both ends of the spectrum fairly. I do not consider those to be bad numbers for the administration. Politically.
The Republicans have also seemingly lost everyone other than their own base in their quest to coddle the rich, with a majority agreeing that they are doing more to help those who have it all.
What is perhaps not-so-shocking is the fact that a majority of Republicans still believe the Republicans are treating both sides fairly. These people may be beyond saving, as the mountain of evidence which would suggest otherwise has apparently failed to penetrate the reality-bubble they reside in.
