Is the Mumbai attack going to be one of those foreign policy tests that Joe Biden talked about? It wasn't manufactured to test Obama and I know he's not even President yet but this could be a first chance to see how he reacts to a real life crisis involving terrorism and two contentious nuclear superpowers.
We've already seen with the financial crisis that Obama isn't afraid to run a sort of public shadow presidency. The Hillary announcement tomorrow could be a platform to make some sort of statement about where the Obama administration will go with this. When it comes to trouble, President-Elect Obama is fired up and ready to go.
