Blanche Lincoln joins Ben Nelson in filibustering healthcare reform. Greg Sargent reports:
“Senator Lincoln has not committed her vote to anyone,” Niebaum emailed, adding that “she will have to see the legislative language and cost first and will evaluate it based on its impact on Arkansans.”
This is worth repeating. Blanche Lincoln and Ben Nelson are (not so) silently filibustering healthcare reform.
Again, the current Democratic Party represents the active two-party system. Conservadems on one side and everyone else on the other side. The Republicans? Just watching from their kiddie table.
