In other news, a federal judge has ruled against Paul Manafort's demand that the judge throw out evidence the FBI collected against him because one of Manafort's employees gave it to them.
Manafort, who is currently jailed in Virginia, had argued the evidence was seized improperly after an FBI agent got one of his employees to open the storage unit, rather than asking Manafort for permission or seeking a warrant.
But Judge Amy Berman Jackson for the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia rejected that argument, saying “law enforcement agents do not need a warrant to enter a location if they have voluntary consent.”
Meanwhile, Senate Republicans reportedly have no plans to bring their Marijuana bill up for a vote or even a hearing even though Trump vaguely endorsed it. The bill would allow states to police their own pot policy.
They can't pass anything that's actually helpful.
Finally, this actually happened today:
FLOTUS spox confirms Mrs. Trump wore a jacket to visit border kids that reads: "I really don't care. Do you?" Spox says: "It's a jacket. There was no hidden message. After today's important visit to Texas, I hope the media isn't going to choose to focus on her wardrobe." pic.twitter.com/Bp4Z8n455G
