So RedState and other wingnuts have decided that in lieu of actual policy arguments against the Senate healthcare reform bill, they'd rather seek out objectionable words in the document.
The latest outrage is that the words "shall or shall not" are used 3,607 times in the 2,000 page document.
Shocking!
I can't imagine why a regulatory bill would employ those words.
Seriously, though, is this supposed to be alarming? It's not like they're using the f-word in there, or calling Erick Erickson a "wingnut dork muncher." Though that would be hilarious.
Meanwhile, Media Matters discovered that the words "shall or shall not" appear 337 times in the 20 pages of the U.S. Constitution.
Shocking!
