As Jon Ralston noted, no one's ever called Angle, who is not Asian, the first Asian legislator in our Nevada State Assembly. She seems to have made this up.
I can barely untangle this enough to describe it, but it sounds like she deliberately made the Asian/Hispanic observation in order to lead into her apparent "Asian" looks as a means of relating to minorities. That is some serious crazy.
